Return & Refund Policy – Bastoni

At Bastoni, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

In accordance with Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at:

The product must be returned unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn

• All tags must be attached

• The item must not be damaged

• The return must be initiated within 14 days

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping. Bastoni is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
